Guide shows Xbox text over the guide the first time you enter (PIC)

I am getting this messed up guide the very first time I enter the guide. If I scroll down, the text goes away. I can then exit out and if I come back in the text is gone. If I shut down MP and then start it up again and go into the guide, the text is back again.

I have logs and a screenshot... if you need anything else, please let me know.

This happens to me as well, but only when I have MP set to start at windows startup for some reason. I'll check the latest svn.

Upgraded to the latest svn, and am not seeing this problem anymore, can some others please confirm?

I assume it's fixed then - the string itself isn't even there any longer ;-)
