svn-release: since i can't remember, still buggy in the 11519

Hi

If you play a movie press x to view in gui mode:
Now the time code in background is flickering. This does not happen with all video files. Only some specific, did not find out why or where is the problem.





I attached infos and header extracted by MediaInfo.

maybe your Problem can help me.
I need the Timecode displayed in my recordings.

Have anyone an idea?
