Tested with MP 0.2.0.0 + svn-09-19-2006--14-42-Rev10364 (Dev build)
(This issue also goes back to MP 0.2.0.0 final build.)
Music player can be Bass or DirectShow, happens with both.

Edited: also happens from My Radio & My Movie trailers

If you open My Music plays a song & then go to My TV & start it (if not auto started) & then select fullscreen, MP freeze in My TV Home..
Error.log shows this message:
Code:
19.09.2006 19:28:13 140 [ERROR] AllocResources exception:Error in the application.
-2005530516 (D3DERR_INVALIDCALL)
   at Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.Device.get_DeviceCaps()
   at MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIImage.AllocResources()
   at MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIWindow.AllocResources()
To reproduce:
In MP Setup -> Television, turn off Timeshift.
MediaPortal has to run in fullscreen (not windowed) & "use exclusive DirectX mode" enabled.

Start MP -> My Music -> Select a song & play it.
Go to MP Home -> My TV & Start TV if not auto started, select fullscreen – MP Freeze (use back to get out of the freeze again).

Regards
Roy
