I'm not sure if this a bug or should perhaps be a feature request:

Recent SVNs added colour to the recorded TV program page.
If a program has been viewed it is shown in another colour - say 'blue'.
Else it remains 'White'.

For nested views - where there are several programs with the same name - if *any* program has been viewed then the top level listing is shown 'blue'.

However, in practice the user needs to know if there are any programs that have NOT been watched. i.e. The logic for nested views needs reversing, so that it's only shown blue if *ALL* programs in the group have been watched.

Hope that makes sense.
Regards,
BigJ.

currently it just depends on the first/last item regarding your current sorted view.
If there's no other possibility without enormous performance penalities it could just remain "white" if that suits better..

Ok - I see.
I sort my views by date - oldest first.
Then I will view these in order.
It seems that you should check the last item if sorted oldest first, else the first item.
Alternatively, you could always check both first and last and if either is unviewed then show toplevel item as unviewed... that would always work (presuming sorted on date and not title!).

Cheers,
BigJ.
