Created several scheduled programs one for mid afternoon today. WebEPG is set to run everyday at 9:20. MP is woken up via remote at approx 8:35 and suspends itself (correctly) 3 minutes later (after setting a wakeup event for 9:20 for the WebEPG). MP wakesup at 9:20 and runs WebEPG, then suspends almost immediately but does not set a wakeup for the next record event (In fact it does not even seem to check for one - it did earlier). The recording event is missed and when I restart the PC using the remote MP did not seem to resume I just got a black screen and no event in the log file. I had to reboot the PC.

After further testing I can confirm the black screen on resume problem mentioned above. I can repeatedly allow mp to suspend and then resume using the mce remote. However if mp resumes to run the WebEPG and then suspends then a subsequent resume using the remote results in a black screen (PC is running and you and ctl-alt-del to get taskman and kill of mp). The log file shows the same info as the one attached above final entries are for the suspend with no entries in the log file for the resume. It is as if mp has not set itself up to be notified of a resume event.

Not sure if I'm the only one seeing this but I thought I would post more info just in case some one is interested! This morning, my PC woke up at 7:00 to run the WebEPG grab, which it did. However when I turned the pc on with the remote I got a blank screen. I had to reboot manually and when I did this a combination of the PowerSchedule and WebEPG resulted in a missed recording. Basically what seemed to happen was that the WebEPG seemed to think that it had not already run (in fact it runs a second time), as a result of this it offered up a wakeup time to the power schedule stuff that was in the past. This time overrode the time that power schedule had selected from the recordings but because it was in the past it was considered invalid and so no wakeup was set!

I've attached the two log files....
