bug confrimed Removing a track, occuring double in playlist, removes both and stops music

MediaPortal Version: 0.2.1.0
MediaPortal Skin:
Windows Version: XP SP2
CPU Type: AMD Athlon 64 3200+
HDD: Samsung SpinPoint HD300LD (7200rpm, ATA133, 8MB) (300GB)
Memory: 1536 Mb DDR
Motherboard: K8T Neo-FIS2R
Motherboard Chipset: Via K800T
Motherboard Bios: AMI 2.2
Video Card: Gigabyte FX5200
Video Card Driver: 84.13
Sound Card: sb Live 1024 OEM
Sound Card AC3: No AC3
Sound Card Driver:

CURRENT SVN

Removing a track, occuring double in playlist, removes both even when playing now

1) add an album to the playlist
2) a the first track again
3) play the first track
4) during playing of 1st track, remove the double added last track,
5) the playing track is now also removed

The playing track is also highlighted twice
