Black Screen after Wakeup from Standby

Hi guys,
it seems that some problems, which have been fixed before, are recurring since about nov, 10th cvs.
One of the nasty is the "black screen" problem. MP is not showing anything after wake up from suspend/standby and there is nothing to do but to kill the process! Very nasty is, that my system becomes unstable after that.
Can some1 confirm that problem?
btw: it has been fixed in some cvs before but ....
