| I can confirm this as well, MediaPortal Setup. If you choose to continue, everything from section Movies -> Movie Player and on down is "corrupted", meaning nothing within the setup fields is being displayed. Can one of the moderators confirm, or do you need more information? Regards, Aaron

| Yes, using mediaportal-cvs-10-25-2005--14-03. Here's a small slice from the MediaPortal.log file, it stops loading sections at Movie Player. 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM Load settings:DVD 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM Load settings:DVD Codec 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() done 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM Load settings:DVD Player 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() done 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM Load settings:DVD Post Processing 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() done 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() done 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM Load settings:Movies 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM Load settings:Movie Folders 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings() done 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM Load settings:Movie Player 10/25/2005 12:00:48 PM LoadSectionSettings()

| ...and again with cvs snapshot mediaportal-cvs-10-26-2005--14-02. infinityloop - are you seeing this same behavior with MediaPortal setup? I dare not change anything within setup for fear it will write out blank strings for all sections below and including My Movies.

Country: | I can verify this, with the CVS 26.10: 14:02. But changes in the configuration are accepted.

Country: | I updated to the latest CVS to test out the WMR9 fix that Frodo did recently. I ran into the same problem as you have. This problem is related to the removal of WMR9 Windowless, as the drop down boxes under Movies and Television does not get correctly initialized. The fix is easy and patch file is attached. I do not have access to commit to CVS, so its up to you to get that to the developers. Please be adviced that you have to reset your WMR9/Overlay |
