Problems at start-up

MP version 2.0 RC2 + cvs from 09.01.2006

So the problem is :
Can't start MP with other skin than MCE or BLUE2...
I thought that i isolated the problem to strings.xml... but that's all i can do since i'm not a programmer...
So when i try to start MP with strings.xml in english i got MP in the taskbar...but i can't bring it up...(the logs are in the attachement)
When i try to start MP with strings in romanian....i got this :
