Default video placing problem when swiching to full screen from windows mode

so when your playing some video and your in windows mode and swich to full screen
1. when video is minimalized(u know, when you can browse and vid is playing). after going to full screeen its playsed in center really not in place where it schpould, u have to see it
2. whenvideo is maximalised and you swith to full it stops playing(maybe it schold be like this, dont know)
