not a bug F2 setup with 'always on top' fails to show

Still present in RC3 with latest CVS.

The setup does start, but is not shown, due to the always-on-top option.

So simply give the setup program the same 'always on top' settings, that should put it ahead of the main program when F2 is used.

If you are using the 'Always on top' option to bypass the 'DivX Menu Navigator' problem, then there is a cure for that.

This little tool will disable those rediculous options.

to ronilse for finding it.

I did, after confirming it with a few ppl on channel.

The actual bug still exists. I simply added a workaround to this thread.

If you are unable to popup F2-Settings from within MediaPortal due to a conflicting setting of MP itself, then F2 should be disabled.

Eventhough it's a minor bug, it's still a bug when result is not what is expected.

And to me it would be easy fixed:

Method A:

1. Start setup via F2
2. Setup disables always-on-top
3. Setup runs and can be used to configure.
4. Upon exit and the usual restart of MP, the always-on-top is restored.

Method B:

1. Setup simply uses the always-on-top setting for itself as well, at a higher Z-Index then MediaPortal so it will be ontop of it.

Just my $0.02
