Broceliande, sorry for my late answer, (I'm peparing my hollidays...)

Yes, Canal + is a crypted channel and it was normal i had a black screen on this channel, but the black screen which I said was on W9 (if my memory is good).

So I'm going to retest the last svn with an new additionnal tuner (pinnacle 310e).

SVN Personnal build 06-29-2006 18H30 (GMT+1)

. Start MediaPortal, go to MyTV and tune any tv-channel:
-----Picture is playing
-----Audio is playing
-----notes:

2. switch the TV-Channel at least 30 times, or until "no signal" message.
-----got "no signal" message: |no|
-----notes: I had got a black screen on first selection of channel W9. I went back to Direct_8 and returned on W9 : OK. After I had got a black screen on the second selection of NT1. I did the same like before and NT1 was OK.

3. Test of timeshift on M6 channel:
-----Picture is playing
-----Audio is playing
-----notes: after 45 minutes, I had got some shuttering on picture and audio.

Is it possible, when we're playing channel, to have a visualisation of signal quality, strenght and tuner lock (with a button of remote control). The modification is to see if it's a problem of signal or software.

Thanks a lot.

Thanks framug.
1-2 seconds video freeze isn't an issue, some channels that need the graph to be recreated ( ac3 ..) just can add a 2-3 second delay before the channel is displayed.
Gonna check your logs for the black/mute issue.
Zidane rules .

Broce

-----notes:
Had a strange thing on switch 21 and 22. The picture was frozen and you could timeshift to update the frozen picture, but it would not play, it was behaving exactly like it was paused. This happened on the same two channels, so it is no doubt a config error on my part. Also had a black screen on one channel, but always on the same channel, so again, a config error.

This is looking very good Nice one.
