Start MediaPortal, go to MyTV and tune any tv-channel: [tuned channel 'TV3'] -----Picture is playing -----Audio is playing -----notes: 2. switch the TV-Channel at least 30 times, or until "no signal" message. -> SVT1 -> SVT2 -> Discov -----got "no signal" message: yes, after switch nr.3 -----notes: Failed to change channel to Discovery(Discov), and image didnt appear after the No signal message disappeared(happens sometimes). I then tried to change channel back to SVT2, but now that didnt work either. I note however that upon changing from Discov->SVT2 i got a few frames and sound of Discov, which is strange if the tuning failed. I then changed to theUNENCRYPTED channel TV2 which worked. After that i could switch to SVT2(encrypted) again! Still cant switch to Discovery though. I then switched to DR2(encrypted, worked) and on to 2Film, where i got a frozen frame, followed by a No signal warning, followed by the correct video. Seems the No signal warning still pops up prematurely sometimes. :::::::::Testplan end::::::::: |

| thx again guys, jugular your logs were full of sense for me , hit me in #Mediaportal, you could test my fix trys... i loop i see what happened in your log, meanfull also , and it confirms what i suspect bout that issue. Just need you to confirm that : You didn't get the nosignal popup , did you ? You didn't use the dll from today ... That doesn't matter however. Next step would be then with the new dll. Only the no signal after a zap will be covered by that dll, and short signal loss. With that modified dll , you shouldn't get a black screen if you loose signal less than 5'. A nice test would be unplugging the antenna cable 2 or 3 sec... If you do this less than 4', picture/sound will display again as soon as you re-plugg the antenna pin ![]() For permanent black screen , this will be 2nd step |

After change channel, I have one "no signal" message and black image, no sound. After 2 or 3 second, the image come back. After this problem, MyTV send more time to tune channel (1 or 2 second more) After one hour on the same channel, i had one more "no signal". I think there is something interesting in error.txt... |
