1. Start MediaPortal, go to MyTV and tune any tv-channel:
-----Picture is playing
-----Audio is playing
-----notes:Test started with "C More HD channel" a test channel for HDTV.
2. switch the TV-Channel at least 30 times, or until "no signal" message.
-----got "no signal" message: None, works perfect.
-----notes: " a couple of channels hadnt start broadcasting yet, but didnt get a "no signal" message. Just black screen and mute sound.
Not sure if I`m all that happy with the new Nvidia driver.

Mpod reported that too... don't remember the reason, however

Hoppy , as i-loop reported it , you should downgrade your floppy fw to 1-1-1.
The lastest fw release is buggy with MP. I believe that Infiny loop posted in this forum about that.

2. switch the TV-Channel at least 30 times, or until "no signal" message.
-----got "no signal" message: yes, after switch nr. 30!
-----notes:

After petterams reported success with the snapshot from the 17th I'd thought I'd give it a go. Its much, much beter here is what I found:

2 - video is frozen, no audio. Waiting 20 seconds and timeshifting back 15 seconds resolves this. f
13 - didn't actaully change channel... replayed the buffer from the previous channel and then stopped, you can timeshift in this buffer. f
21 - picture is frozen. After 20 or so seconds and timeshift forward and back, but the just get a single frame, it dosn't actaully play. f
26 - blank screen, no audio, didn't get the no-signal message and the channel should be broadcasting. after about 35 seconds started getting stuttering audio. This channel dosn't require the CI, could this all be a CI issue? After a further 30 seconds, start getting stuttering video as well. f
28 - same as 26 (same channel) f
30 - no sig! same channel as 26 and 28. get stutering audio after 30 seconds.

Petteram , there was a difference from 06-17 until 03-22. PMT wasn't always sent.
As it seems it must be for dvb-s, i undid that pmt changes : all svn after 06-23 should be ok. Could you test the very last one, for example?
Also , there were many svns on 06-17 (many changes that day) , wich one did you use for this report ?

Broceliande,

I have already tried the latest SVN build (mediaportal-svn-06-24-2006--01-02) and it was not good for the floppyDTV. I've submitted to test reports on this build as well.

Maybe it was something else?
