Hi,

following szenario with the above version.
I've setup "Autoturn TV on if entering My TV" in Setup->Television.
This works if I initially startup MP and enter My TV. But if I leave My TV (without switching TV off) and go to My Videos (or My Music) -> start playing a video or a music title) and go back with <esc> to the Main Menue and enter My TV again - I can see the film continuing instead of stop playing the film and starting TV. Additional - while the video is playing in the My TV the buttons TV and Timeshift are selected.

I would expect with this configuration options, that the video stops and the TV starts with the last viewed channel.

I haven't attached any log - because I think it's not required in this case

BTW: Thanks for your good work !

Joe

Ps.: Is there a way to start TV in fullscreen after resuming from standby without selecting My TV and pressing full screen - so that it feels like sitched on SAT receiver (I want to replace my receiver - WAF you know?)

for the "PS"

1. there is an "Autostart"-Plugin that starts fullscreen TV (but it has a problem after "resume" currently and I am killing and restarting MP in order to make that work)

2. the "MCE replacement plugin" should also do that

thanks+regards

Also try stopping the video from playing, with the remote/keyboard.

That will then put whichever screen your in, functioning.

Check your codecs are fine with Filmerit.
Upload Logs\Pictures etc, use the "Go Advanced" and select the + feature to upload\attach files.

Hi,
thanks for your reply.

I'll try it out - but if the TV is on (which is displayed on the side buttons) - I asume to watching TV.

Personally I would prefer to automatic start TV (and display it) in any case if I set it to autostart without needing one or more keypresses.

Joe

@rewe: I guess this only works with a MCE remote - I'm not so lucky because I've a IMon remote :-(

I think the idea of not stopping whatever is playing, is we all make wrong keypresses at times, and there is nothing worse than partway through watching something and it disappears.

There's always a bright side to life.

Hi,
Many like me like to go into TV Guide, schedule recording, etc withouht having tv turned on, just playing music, video or whatever i was doing before entering MyTV.
Of course this could have been a option, but thats a request & not a bug

Regards
Roy
