X10 Medion Remote Control not working with Rev12364

Hi,

first: nice Chrismas and thanks for the new releases

But, in the newest snapshot MediaPortal-svn--12-25-2006--01-35-Rev12369.exe i don´t can configure my X10 Medion remote control.
the configuration. exe said "the X10 driver ist not installed". but thats not correct.

I have the corrent driver installed!

My X10 is working with girder at the same time and for the configuration.exe from the 0.2.2 release is all very OK too, at the same system (i can learn new buttons and so on).

So, i found, by this bugreport is not importand to tell my system.

from the config.log

I got 2 MP machines, 1 MCE remote, 1 Medion X10 remote

the X10 remotes works OK with clean 0.2.2.0

with a clean 0.2.2. it´s ok (i did this write)

but with a .0.2.2. with cvs snapshot from 25.dec (Rev12369) it isn´t ok

I tested the X10 funktion with the MediaPortal-svn--12-28-2006--20-02-Rev12400.exe.
I´m sorry, is disn´t work, but better as the older cvs. in this version the configration.exe was found the x10-driver but i can do ore learn anything.

For example: In the clean MP 0.2.2 i can press the "learn" button and a messange said "press a button.." and is´t found the cannel 192.
In the new cvs i can press the same button too, here e new window is open with the cannel 128, but no reaction.

Must i change any files from a clean 0.2.2 or??

I have a ATI Remote (X10) and mine also doesnt work anymore! Found out last night when I went to bed and my remote didnt respond!

The remote itself works, cause I have a test tool which registers the buttons when I click them! I will wait for another svn!

Rev12419 Did not fix this problem! Does any one else have this problem?

I can also confirm that it is still not working (MediaPortal-svn--12-30-2006--01-58-Rev12424.exe) .. I think latest version that was working was MediaPortal-svn--12-25-2006--01-35-Rev12369.exe. I am using ATI remote wonder with X10 drivers...

Hi guys, sorry about this. The X10 section underwent a drastic rewrite in order to fix a bug. The learning section is currently a work in progress. Could you please check the extended logging button, open MP, press a few buttons, and post your log here? I'll try and get to the bottom of this
