Default After Timeshift-buffer is filled TV hangs

I have set my ts-buffer to 1 hour. Everytime I pause tv for an hour it "crashes" when I want to continue watching tv.
I can hear that tv continues playing the tv-stream on another position (presumable at the end of the ts-buffer) but the picture freezes at the last position where i paused tv. So I only hear the sound and the picture is frozen.

I cannot watch tv until I change the channel.

IMO it would be better if tv would automatically continue playing at the last position of the ts-buffer, if it is filled up (I think this is how MCE handles this).

Am I the only one having this problem? Or is it already fixed?

I have seen this bug a long time ago in older versions of MP, but I never made a bugreport. I couldnt find some note, which states that this has already been fixed.

IMO this is a really annoying bug and it would be nice if it could be fixed until MP 1.0 Final.

Btw, good work guys. You are doing an amazing job. I am looking forward to 1.0 Final.

Just trying to think, what circumstances would cause me to pause live TV for a hour or more.

Nope, sorry just cannot think of any.

1.
I often do this when I watch a Movie on tv and want to skip the commercial break. After an hour I have enough buffer to skip it.
So I am watching this movie after an hour.

2. I think this bug also occurs when setting the ts-buffer to 30 Minutes for example. I never tried it.

3. Sometimes I pause a movie and in the meantime I am doing other things. If I come too late (when the ts-buffer is filled) I am unable to watch the movie because of this bug.

I think this a serious bug, which has to fixed sooner or later.
