Insert DVD dialog - Infinite loop

If you select a move from the movie database which is located on a removable disk (DVD) you are prompted to insert the correct DVD. At this stage you are able to cancel the action by pressing "ESC". However if you select "OK" by fault you are caught in an infinity loop and are no longer able to cancel the action. You can try to press ESC multiple times which does not solve the problem.

MP version is last SVN of 0.2.3 before 1.0

Hi,
ESC several times after each other cancels the operation, ESC first time also causes a loop here so the behaviour it's not good, will do some more tests.
