Skin related bug with stacking

Windows Version: XP Pro SP2
CPU Type: PIV 3.4 Ghz
HDD: Seagate SATA 200Gb + 2 40Gb external USB drives

I've noticed that the dialogFileStacking.xml does not work in other skins than blue2. I've tried to repair it copying this file from Blue2 and now it works but i can't move the discs icons to the right place. Take a look at this post:
