Cannot switch channels using EPG LCN number

MediaPortal does not tune to the correct channel based on the EPG number i enter. Instead, I i press say, "1" it goes to channel number 1 in MediaPortals internal channel order, and not to channel number 1 on the Freeview (DVB-T) EPG.

The EPG numbers of a channel are displayed correctly in MediaPortal, it just doesn't use them when entering numbers to tune to a channel.

Can this not be changed to use the EPG LCN? Or at least allow the user to select which number to use? It'll be so much easier for the user if it used the EPG LCN number like other apps do (Media Center, Hauppauge WinTV etc.)
