recording don't create file with hebrew characters

When media portal record tv program and configure to save the file name with Hebrew characters for example %channel% and channel name contain Hebrew characters
only the xml files is created but not the actual video file (*.ts or *.mpg)

for a workaround i configure the video file name to contain only numbers for example %date%____%start%----%end%
