TVService starts too late

Yesterday i installed the new RC2 and discovered absolutely no problems.
But one old error is back again with rc2:
I´m running mp on windows startup and the tvservice takes too long to start. so whem i start tv there are no programs.
then i quit mp, restart it, and everything works fine.
i have written a batch file that waits some seconds for starting mp and mp works direct after machine start.
Question to the devs: why was the option in the mp setup removed that makes mp wait for start of tvservice???
this has worked perfect for my machine and the machine of a friend of mine.

forget my post... i found the new "expert mode" in the mp setup. there is the desired option.

its still there.

MediaPortal Configuration.exe -> switch to "EXPERT MODE" in the top right
General -> startup delay
