Installing the filter:
1) unzip both .ax files to MP folder.
2) regsrv32 DVBSub_debug.ax (if some debug DLLs is missing from your system then use the DVBSub_release.ax)
3) put following setting in the MediaPortal.xml in MyTv section
<entry name="dvbsubtitles">yes</entry>
