hang on, I'm too impatient. I didn't realize it takes 3 minutes to resize to occur as long as the TV is OFF.
I timed activating FULLSCREEN from a normal window. 3minutes and 9 seconds,
If TV is on I need to kill the task.
But is is looking better. We're getting somewhere...
