You can already do that. What you'll need to do though is open up SABnzbd's control panel (the web based one) and go to config->General and change the host from 127.0.0.1 to that computers NAT IP. Kill SAB and restart it. That will make SAB accessible to other computers on your network. Then share its folder and specify that folder and IP address in My Usenet setup. That should work for you.

This won't stream it. That would require being able to play the contents of rar files on the fly without unpacking. For the most part you are correct, though. This is more of a nice pretty interface that allows you to download from 10 feet away. If you realize you missed a certain show or you want to see a certain (non-copyrighted) movie then you can go ahead and grab it while sitting on your couch.
