If you have got /can get another computer, just setup a linuxbox with ubuntu and use shepherd (
http://svn.whuffy.com/index.fcgi/wiki) to get the guide.

Or if you can't handle linux or can't get another PC, use SafeXMLTV. I had some problems with configuring it but others have had some success. I found shepherd to be a much simpler program. Just ignore all of the stuff to do with mythtv and change the output filename from output.xmltv to xmltv.xml. Then it just loads straight into Big Kev's awesome tv-guide tool.
