With a bit of tweaking the ffdshow settings and using it as post-processing filter for TV/DVD/Movies, I am able to get acceptable results on scaling 560x400 pixel DivX movies up to 1440x900 (my laptop's screen size). I guess upscaling PAL/NTSC to 1080p should yield similar results (with some more tweaking, probably even better ones). |
