The TVE3 client doesn't sort the TV guide in the order that the TVE3 does. This makes it harder to keep track of the channels and make sense of the order. For sorting open TV Setup -> TV Channels -> TV Groups -> Mapping & Up down to sort channels.
You can also remove all groups after sorting in TV Channels, make a new group & drag channels over it will then follow the order you have in TV Channels
