I have updated my usercp, here are the useful bits ..

Motherboard: Intel 945 Mobile
Video Card: 945GM
Sound Card: Realtek High Def Audio
Sound Card AC3: N/A
1. TV Card: FireDTV/S
1. TV Card Type: Firewire
1. TV Card Driver: FireDTV BDA DVB-S 4.8.0.0
MPEG2 Video Codec: MPV / H.264 ffdshow rev1920
MPEG2 Audio Codec: ffdshow audio rev1920
Satelite/CableTV Provider: Astra 28.2E 2A/2B/2D

I found a few issues that were similar, related to standby mode ans TSWriter.ax which should have been resolved by the revision of TVE and MP I have running. There are a few other recent threads similar to my issue with no feedback as of yet .. is this a defect ? should I raise a bugtrack ? any help greatly appreciated ..
