I see from 2 websites that the predicted launch date is now the 5th May:
Astra 2D Website - Sky Digital - Sky+ - Freesat - Freeview - UK TV Overseas Join freesat
although this could still change. I see that there is also speculation that Channel 4 will be available from launch (although E4 and More may not be as these are not Free To View on Freesat From Sky).
Going on past performance, I don't think it is worth betting on.
