Default CPU / System Temperature in Antec Fusion

Hi, I have just completed a new HTPC using an antec fusion case and passive coolled Scythe mini ninja CPU heatsink. I changed the two case fans to Noctua 800rpm silent fans and the system is completely silent. Perfect!!!

My processor is an AMD Brisbane core 5200+ dual core. It works at 65w.

Running AMD Cool & quiet the system temps are :

Idle:
CPU : 28 degrees
System : 35 Degress

Average load:
CPU : 35 degrees
System : 37 Degress

High load (decoding 1080p Bluray disk in Media Theatre):
CPU : 51 degrees
System : 40 Degress

The 'High load' temps are about as much as my system will ever need to do. I do have a passively cooled Gigabyte 8600gts graphics card which does get hot which I suppose doesn't help temps.

My question is, do the temps above look ok for a long term stable system? I know the lower the better but are my highload temps ok? I have had Media Theatre lock up once at the end of a film, but Windows was still responding so don't think it was heat that crashed the system, just Media Theatre playing up.

Thanks
