Inspired by your project I am about to build an almost identical system. I will try to use all information you have posted here and which I appreciate a lot.
I would just like to point out something I just found out. The NC-U6 you intend to use for cooling the northbridge is apparently not compatible with the Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H motherboard. See
