In fact, I've found that someone else using the same FireDTV DVB-C configuration has exactly the same problem as I tried to explain, but with his explanations his one step further than me.

I re-tested again according to what he founds, and got exactly the same result as he.
Perhaps all FireDTV DBV-C users have the same problem ?
