See my long reply on the first page of this thread for some sugestions...
First one for you to look at.. Dont you ask too much from your Graphics card? (set it to a lower resolution then 1080P)
Second..match your output with the TV input
Third, make sure you use TV signal out put (HDMI) and not the PC format (VGA, DVI-A)
