-New version 0.5.4.03 released!

Release content:
+"mouse on" help texts introduced
+PC specific identifier added to service install message so that you can use multiple piipTV services in your Video center, now you can use also your friend piipTV
+3G/WLAN/PC streaming profiles introduced, profiles can be changed from piipTV UI or from WEB UI.
