Hello, I am using ECS A780GM-A mainboard with 32 bit Vista SP1 included. I have a big problem with my Philips SRM 5100 dongle with this mainboard. When I plug and play SRM 5100 USB Dongle Vista automaticaly setup the USB driver and my remote working exactly. After restarting Vista , USB Dongle Driver became UNKNOWN USB DRIVER on the device maneger, and SRM 5100 doesnt work at all. In order to use SRM 5100 every time when Vista starts, i have to unplug the USB dongle then plug the USB dongle. Any advice about this boring problem? Thanks a lot. |
