Just re-read what gemx said: "Since the LCN is only additional info i would suggest leaving things as they are."

Most countries don't care about LCN(?), but here in the UK we live by it. So it's not just some wierd meta information we wont care about.

Perhaps if it was made to be 10 secs, then it would be more specs-compliant.. and squash another bug.
