@kkendall: I guess you have DVS enabled, thus I think the subtitle stream can be decoded. However, with DVS enabled HW accelleration for h264/VC-1 content will not work anymore. If I enable DVS, the problem with the error message popping up is gone, but HW acceleration is gone also

@developers: is there a mantis bugreport for this problem, or any hints in which file we could fix this?
