 can't turn volume up (tv)

Having a somewhat strange thingy going on over here. When watching TV I can't turn the volume up. I can turn it down, but not up. Only fix seems to be to go watch a movie and turn the volume up there since that strangely does seem to work. Any ideas on this freak accident? |
