With RU2, Microsoft release a patch to fix the dvb-issues in WinXP-MCE.
But these fixes are
NOT part of ServicePack 3.
So by installing SP3 on WinXP-MCE, you
revert the fixes from RU2.
I have no clue why M$ did this.....
