I am using MP 1.0.1.0 under Vista with dedicated TVserver. The recording was transcoded just fine. In this case the filename is "Ingang Oost (EO) - Nederland 1 - 2009-04-27.mp4" The IPIMP browser "changes" the file name to "Ingang". This file is not there. The log shows this:

[Tue Apr 28 13:46:03 2009] [error] [client 172.19.3.170] File does not exist: E:/MP4/Ingang

Followed the instructions and it all installed fine and worked OK with viewing tv guide, recordings, set one to transcode manually.

However I had to restart my htpc and now it refuses to do any of the above. Trying to do any of the above brings up the spinning disc inplace of the ">" but then that just reverts back to the ">"

The webapp lauches OK and afaik the services have started so I don't know what's changed.

(usin MP1.0.0.0 and ipimp 3.4.0)

Help would be much appreciated

edit : running a singleseat installation. under ipimp settings it has tv server as localhost and refuses to change from this - is this a problem?
Its maybe an issue with your local host file. I encountered this issue after an MS update. Check the hosts file under "windows/system32/drivers/etc" and see if the localhost is still in there. (127.0.0.1 localhost).
