What do you mean by "necessary services"? I manually started everything in there that was remotely related to .net (and a few that weren't) and the problem still hasn't gone away.
I enabled the few things that were marked as disabled although a bunch of stuff is set to "automatic" - but I shouldn't really need to manually start them?
I also set msconfig to have everything enabled at startup. |
