I found DUGG extremely simple to setup.
I've tried WebEPG before, but It did not help me a lot for the regional channels, which is something I require for my 2nd HTPC.
DUGG doesn't have a lot of documentation, but reading the instructions and having a look at the default ini file, you will see it is very simple to setup.
I'm running DUGG to give me both FTA and Foxtel both with its own time ofset in one EPG listing.
