Today at around 23.00h UTC we will begin to move the mainpage, forum and wiki to a new server. At that time we will power down the actual services for about 10 minutes to create a reliable backup and move them to the new hardware. After that is complete, the services will be restarted so everything will be still availible til the DNS-Servers have changed to the new IP. Changes after that wont be availible on the new system (comments/forumposts).

How do i know when its save to post/comment again?
Its simple, if this announcement is gone..you are on the new IP

This may take between 15min and 24hours depending on your provider. For those who want to check manually, the new IP starts with 85.25.x.x

I will modify this announcement with further informations once the migration has been started.

*UPDATE* 01:00h: All services have been moved to the new location. This 'old' forum will stay in read-only modus. Please wait until your DNS-Server has been updated to the new IP. A 'ipconfig /flushdns' on command-line may help here for some users..
