Closing external player (WMP)

Hi,

I'm trying to use WMP as external player and I'm wondering how I can make it close and return to MP.
I'm using the /close parameter to close the player at the end of the play back, but how do I do if I want to stop the movie and return to MP?

I'm using a MCE remote. Any tips or trick I can use for this? Maybe assign a button to close WMP somehow?
