Question Codec advice for Windows Home Server ( 2003 )

Hi all...
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on this.

I have TV Server 1 installed on Windows Home Server which is essentially Server 2003.
All is good, but the only thing i can't do is preview channels from within TV Server configuration.
My guess is that i need a codec installed, but i have no idea what to install.

Thank you in advance.

:-)

Hello vvulture,

a developer recently said that the TV-Server just needs its integrated TSWriter / TSReader and nothing else to work. But since Windows 2003 is lacking the Stream Buffer Engine I couldn't always use the TS-Format but MPEG. Try switching this in the TV-Server configuration.

TVE3 isn't ever using stream buffer engine, no matter what the case is (.ts / .mpeg / analog / digital ).
