Default Cyberlink decoders makes TV jump 'out of the TV-frame'

I have been trying for some time now to get MP working, meaning that my analog TV (PAL) out still doesn't have the quality in I am getting from Cyberlink PowerCinema. Still, absolutely wanting to use MP... I keep testing.

Now, using NVIDIA Purevideo, I get an almost acceptable result, but every second or so the image of the TV seems to slow down a bit and then return back to the normal speed. Some on this forum describe it as "stutter".

Using the MPEG Cyberlink decoder for audio and video, I have a "stutter" free video image, but the frame where the TV is being displayed isn't were it should be displayed. I tried all the settings from "default zoom mode" in the setup, I does change the size of the image, but it is not displayed at the right position. When I click on the box to have the video in full screen, it does so, but on the top and the left I still have black area, it is still shifted. I tried calibrating ... no luck.

Any idea's ?

Default

Found maybe the start of the solution : when I change in the setup under TV section -> Capture Cards -> Edit the TV card -> Frame size into 640 x 480 NTSC square pixel, then the video picture fits into the intented TV frame in MP, but only when time-shifting is turned off. When time-shifting is turned on, it again jumps "out of the TV frame".
