Default Disable ffdshow for Television

TV-Server Version: Latest weekly build
MediaPortal Version: Latest weekly build
MediaPortal Skin: Xface
Windows Version: Vista 64
MPEG2 Video Codec: MPV
MPEG2 Audio Codec: MPA

I have a problem disabling ffdshow when watching televsion.
I have selected the MPV decoder as the one to use. I have not selected ffdshow as postprocessing.
But still when I watch the graph using graphedit ffdshow video decoder is used after the MPV decoder. Why?
I need ffdshow for watching movies so disabling it or unistalling it is not an option.
I have tried to lower the merit of ffdshow without any change in the graph.

Within the ffdshow video config itself have you got any processing options enabled, these may be kicking in on there own.
Also whilst there, disable mpeg file association.
