Synopsis::

Hello, i think my problem is nearly the same...
I've got a similar strange "bug" :
I've got a black screen and no sound with 2 of my channels, when timeshifting is on.
If i record them , the recorded movie can be played perfectly.
If i switch timeshifting off, so these channels work great.
I'm new in using MP, and i'm french so i'm sorry if i make mistakes.
Can someone help us ?

I ve kind of the same problem with the cvs from yesterday. MP only allows me to see the channel i selected bevour i turn off mytv.

To see a different channel i ve to change the channel first. (which wont work, only a black screen will appear) Then deactivate myTV and then start it again...

to change the channel i ve to do the whole thing again.

Well , i made some tests and compare the logs between working and non working channels.
Those that fail to draw have MP2 audio.
But i can see any other channels, wich are ac3.
I just can't understand why MP2 streams can't be decoded when timeshifting enabled. Maybe a bug ?

I do not know whether it's a cvs thing, as mine if tuned into a non broadcasting digital station (shared frequency) i get a black screen and MP seems to Freeze for a couple of minutes before it responds to remote.
Been happening for about 2 weeks now on various cvs, (updated 3 times)
as soon as i change channel everything normal. If tuned to a broadcasting channel no problem.
Hopefully this will be ironed out by the upcoming release later this month.
ON COUNTDOWN and looking forward to it.

This sounds to be a technical description of my trouble ( I'm not expert enough ), but MP don't freeze for me , and i even can record the black channels, wich are fully rendered when re- watching them.
...Will wait and try the next CVS's....anyway

Try using the driver 3xHybrid.sys version 1.3.3.1 downloaded from Terratec site
(PTV 380 WHQL Driver). Simply replace the file and reboot.
