DVBViewer in MP????

Hi, I have been using MediaPortal a lot earlier, but found the TV engine to give to many trouble. I have then been using DVBViewer and haven't used MP for a while. I know it's a longshot, but is there ANY way to use DVBViewer as an external TV tuner in MP. I think MP is EXCELLENT and if I could get it to work with DVB my life would be much easier

I don't think it's possible.

I used to use DVB Viewer but have moved away since there's now support for HD/H.264 and subtitles in the new MP TV server. And it's also possible to get MDAPI support if you search the DVBN forums.

You could try Multishortcut to start dvbviewer from within Mediaportal.

Hallo,
thats what I done. But i have one probl. with mp when i play a video for example - go back to the menue and click then my multishortcut. The picture from the video flash`s and dvbviewer doesen`t work. In the end MP brakes down.
I don`t know what to do now. Any solutions? would be great.

For more information: I use the MP-Version 0.2.2.0 with the multishortcut-Version without the plugin-ID for remote
